So here it is! The genre where I am the one and only judge! 😅
If you're keeping track of this category's history, at first I couldn't find any judges so I decided it would be a good idea to judge it by myself in my spare time, then two pawesome people stepped in, but then they had to opt out for various reasons and I was left on my own again. 😆
The schedule for results kept shifting from October to May to... well, it's August now. 😅
But the important thing is, it's finally here! And if you aren't happy with results you have only me to blame. 😆🥇Enter Abyss

Firstly, I love your book! The world, the scenery, the characters, their relationships with each other... everything is so well-described that the story sucked me right in. I love Archer and Cogs. And Pips is also unique in her own way. I also like the "cold, lifeless, pale" description of the Head Keeper. It gave me the creeps.
Plot is unique, entertaining, nerve-wracking at times and I absolutely love it!
So what was wrong with it? I've noticed two verbs in present tense: "settle" in chapter 3 and "look" in chapter 7. Also, there are a few grammar and spelling issues: you mixed up "it's" and "its" at chapters 2 and 4; you've misspelled "condolences", "sausages", "trousers", "fingers", "view"; but apart from that everything else is perfect. I read it till the very end even though I had more books to judge. I just couldn't put it down.
