"You can fuck right off!"
John walked into Blake's hospital room seeing her argue with the poor nurse, young kid was just trying to do his job.
"Ma'am I have to give you this IV, it's helping with your seizures." The young man said.
"I already have medication for this shit, if you try sticking that needle in my arm I'll put it in your fucking throat." Blake threatened.
"Easy Blake." John said. "You and I both know you need it."
The only person she'd listen to was John himself. If it was any of her siblings or even family she'd tell them to stick it up their ass and leave her alone but John was like her older brother who knew how to get through to her.
Blake huffed after an intense staring battle with him, John obviously winning. She stuck out her arm to the young guy and looked the other way as he tried finding a vein. The second he did, he inserted the IV and practically ran out of there.
"Can you stop harassing the hospital staff?" John sighed and stood at the edge of her bed.
"Everyone here controls what they put in my body so sorry if I don't want to be under anymore medication." She rolled her eyes.
John crossed his arms as his mind recalled what she said a few days ago. Retirement. A word he himself didn't even want to face. Only because WWE was his home, and even though he parted ways with it, he never really left home. He'd always pop up here and there, make big promos and matches, he couldn't imagine a world without it. His heart felt for Blake as he also knew WWE was her home. Her pride and joy. The reason she got up everyday at 5 am and worked her ass off in the gym. The reason she spent hours constantly training and always finding ways to perfect her skills. In all honesty he was scared of what life for Blake would be like without wrestling. Would she go back to doing fentanyl? Or even worse? Would she kill herself accidentally?
"I'm doing it." Blake spoke, snapping him out of his thoughts. "Vince came by and we had a long talk."
"What'd he say?" He wondered.
"Well he kind of cussed me out when I told him I actually was an epileptic, but he agrees it's for the best. They offered me a position backstage and behind the scenes... But I think I just need to step back for a little while." She fiddled with her hospital gown.
John nodded in agreement. "You scared?"
Blake looked into his eyes. "Terrified. However the next time I'm in a match I don't want the fans to see me die in that ring."
"How people die remains in the memory of those who live on." John stated.

Blake walked through the hallways as her heels clicked with every step she took. The title over her shoulder as she headed for the ring.
"Blake..."
She looked up and met Finns sorry eyes. Nothing but a feeling of abandonment washed over her. She became sad as she remembered once upon a time he was one of the two people who really made her wall come down.
"Finn." She bit the inside of her cheek.
"Offering another challenge?" He looked at her title.
"Something along those lines." Blake muttered.
Finn went to touch her hand but she stepped back and cleared her throat.
