Henny PoV
"Where's Kiro?" Nataranta ako ng mapagtanto kona wala na si Kiro sa tabi ko Nandito lang siya kanina kasama ko.
"Who is Kiro?"
"Yong lobo na kasama ko!" Nilibot ko ang paningin ko sa paligid pero di ko makita si Kiro. Nanlaki ang mata ko ng maalala ko na may nakatakas na lalaki kanina pero di ko nakitang dala niya si Kiro maliban sa malaking bag na sakbay nito sa balikat niya.
"Where are you going master?" Pigil saakin ng Duke sinamaan ko siya ng tingin at tinanggal ang kamay niya sa braso ko.
"I will look for Kiro alone."
"I'm sorry to say this to you master but at this time you may not able to chase him."
"So what I should do then? Let Kiro die at the hand of that bastard—"
"No master, if you let me catch him I will get Kiro for you." Napasabunot ako sa ulo ko dahil nababaliw na ako sa inis. Sinasabi ba niyang kailangan kong umasa sakanya?
"This is the last time I can count on you! There will be nothing next to it. Bring Kiro to me safely."
"As you wish master." Nawala na sa paningin ko ang Duke. Ang pangit isipin na wala man lang ako magawa at kailangan ko pang umasa sakanya!
Third person PoV
Mabilis na tinungo ng Duke ang gubat habang may malawak na ngisi aa labi nito. Ngayon na matagal na din siyang hindi sumabak sa digmaan. Malaki ang utang na loob ng Emperor Kay Duke Felix dahil lahat na sakop na lupain nito ay dahil sa tagumpay na pinapanalo ni Duke Felix ang digmaan.
Iniisip ng Emperor na matatali niya ang Duke dahil sa mahal na Mahal nito ang anak niya na si Peneloppe. Kaya nagawa niyang utus utusan ng walang kahirap hirap ito pero hindi lingid sa kaalaman niya na tuluyan ng nagbago ang puso ng Duke.
Natanaw ni Felix ang lalaki na nakaupo sa paanan ng puno. Lumapad ang ngisi nito. Matagal na din niyang hindi niya nagagamit ang teknik nato. Hinagis niya ang espada at sapol sa ulo nito.
"Time has passed but I haven't missed attack to my target." Lumapit Ito napansin nito ang gumalaw na malaking tela kaya binuksan nito at lumabas ang lobo.
"I get it why you're following to Henny! It's because you find her pretty strong right?" Kinausap lang ni Felix na parang naiintidihan siya nito.
"Of course Henny is brave now... I'll love that woman even she hates me. She's my everything." May halong lungkot sa boses nito habang sinasabi ang katagang yon.
Bumalik na silang dalawa at naabutan nilang naghihintay si Henny sa kanila.
"Master I brought him back safely." Ngumiti siya sa harap ni Henny pero nilagpasan lang siya nito at tumungo sa lobo.
Again, Felix seems to be hurt but he can't show it instead he smile to her cover his expression.
"Thank you." Sambit ni Henny nagulat si Felix sa sinabi nito. He's not a fan of hearing "Thank you" because everyone has said that to him several times pero ngayon sobrang sarap pakinggan sa tainga ang katagang iyon.
"You're Welcome master." He still smiling at her even Henny seems doesn't want it.
They walk to several mountains and sleep at night. But still Henny is still wary at him he can't blame it.
At this time they came to North Empire. It was his place for a long decade. Not knowing Duke Felix is strong successor of this powerful kingdom second is the Finland kingdom which ruled by Peneloppe father.
At the original novel "Love under the rose" Felix continue to refuse to accend the throne because he wants to Follow Peneloppe.
So he live in Finland to marry Peneloppe at the same time to win several times in the war to get the position for Finland to be next powerful kingdom So, In short The Emperor of Finland used Felix to gain power and wealth.
"I don't have any money but I'll find a work to get money just wait here until I get there. Do you understand?"
"Yes master."
"Good. Take kare of Kiro for me. That's an order."
"Of course master!"
Henny walk to the several store to get hired on work fortunately she was hired being a cleaner on theater. While Felix approach by the 2 unknown people wearing black cloak and he realized it was his shadow knight.
"Long time no see your majesty. We sense you around here So, we immediately to find you—"
"Give me money." Maikling sambit nito
"As you wish your majesty. Get the money right now!" Walang pang isang tatlong minuto ay nakarating din ang malaking pera. Naintriga ang lahat sa dumating na magarang karwahe dahil sa dala nitong pera.
"That's pretty plenty. But my master will hate me to the core if I give it to her like this. Do you think me as a stupid? Give me your money in your pocket. Take that money for you or give it to the people or throw it! Whatever.
Nilahad nito ang kamay niya at binigay ng shadow knight ang natitirang pera niya. Nakakapagtaka dahil puwede naman siya kumuha kong nararamihan siya.
"And also that money is easy to recognize as the wealth of nobility. My master will be angry at me." He keeps talking "Master" and who the f*ck is that master if he the master of himself? The question ask by a shadow Knight.
"Get out! She's coming." The 2 shadow knight immediately vanish to his sight.
