Foggy she had met a nice guy who immediately took a liking to Ella, he viewed as a younger sibling, Ella never knew the feeling to have an older brother as she was an orphan she lost her mother when she was three then two years later she got into a car accident that took the life of her father, she might have been adopted but they were still her parents and she has been grieving since that day, that day she lost everything and became alone.
Ella was supposed to be the personal assistant of Mr. Murdock but he had some errands that she did not get the chance to meet yet, but according to Karen he was a nice guy that was very friendly but when it comes to work he is very professional which Ella admired about, Karen explained to her how she met them and how she started working for them, she also told Ella about her life and background story, Ella felt comfortable around Karen
they would always go on lunch break together so Ella Started opening up to Karen about her life as Ella was never used to have actual friends, she only had one friend who was older than her who ditched her for his girlfriend right after she had lost her father this caused Ella to have problems meeting new friends and trusting them.
Ella explained to Karen about her life, she told her everything about her since the day she was born till the second she came to Hell's Kitchen, she also told her about Him and what he did to her that caused her to have trust issues and to not trust men
