It was just another normal day..

Being the new recent star hashira you certainly hav made friend with the other hashiras. You relate to Mitsuri the most, having the love for food. You and Shinobu get along well because of the fascination of poisons.

Muichiro is a little quiet but you think he's just a Kuudere. (A kuudere is a person who acts cool and unemotional but warms up to people slowly)

And of course you have opinions on the other hashiras too. But there is just one special Hashira that has certainly caught your eye, and that was none other than the Flame Hashira himself. Kyojuro Rengoku.

He just had this warm and welcoming feeling whenever you were around him, he was so positive and kind hearted and had the sense of justice for people. You couldn't help but slowly fall for him..

Although having a crush has there pros and cons. For one you are incredibly shy when you get close to him. Hearing him, feeling his presence. Everything! You loved him dearly but you can't bring yourself to get close to him without turning into a tomato and running away.

You sat on a bench with dango in hand eating it. You were getting your energy up and ready for the night.

While eating you saw a small little cat walk over to you. He sat down and wiggled it's tail. You liked cats and found them quite cute.

Petting the cat you slowly smiled at the animal.

You picked it up and held it into your lap. Stroking its back smoothly.

It was a nice peaceful afternoon..

You need falling asleep though. You didn't even get to finish your last dango either..

While sleeping soundly you ended up waking up to what seems like half and hour later.

The sun moved and the bright sun was facing east. (Idk if that's how it works)

It was hidden behind a fence and the shade clouded over you, but not for long.

"Ah! Y/n! You are awake now I see!" You heard the sound of the familiar voice call out to you.

Your eyes shot open and you were fully awake this time. You cheeks rose pink and not from the hot sun.

"K-Kyojuro!" You said with some panic in your voice.

"Hello! It's wonderful to see you..!" You trying to smile a little but the butterflies in your stomach said no!

"Indeed! I couldn't help but notice you out here all on your own asleep." You felt a little relieved in some way to know you wouldn't sleep eternally.

"It could get dangerous being out here alone! But I don't want to underestimate your amazing skills!" He complimented. You felt more blush rise up.

You started to fiddle with your fingers and you ducked your head down.

"T-thank y-you..kyojuro.." You whispered slightly.

"Are you alright? Your face seems warm." He lifted your face up with his hand and you stared at his beautiful flaming eyes.

You felt like passing out by how close the two of you were.

"I-I uhm I-..I..I'm..o-ok.." You stuttered out. You felt steam come out of your ears.

"Here. Eat this, I'm sure it will help!" He handed you something wrapped in paper. You unwrapped it and it was a hot steamy sweet potato.

The smell of it filled your senses and you knew this was special because it was Kyojuros favorite food.

"A-are you sure?!" You asked him again. He chuckled and nodded.

You felt special. Like you have some good purpose now that your getting closer with your crush.

You took a bite of the sweet potato.

It was sweet delicious and best of all...

It was tasty...

(I felt like crying typing this omggg)
