In Haseena's room,
Haseena was placing a trail soft kisses on Karishma's face and neck while Karishma held haseena tightly. Haseena slowly moves towards Karishma's lips and took capative, sucking and kissing her lower lip and Karishma sucking Haseena's upper lip. Both kissed eachother until they were choked. Both were panting while Haseena removes loosen hair strands from Karishma's face blocking her view.
HM: I love you Karishma. You mean the world to me. Beintehaa mohabbat karte hain tumse.
KS: I love you too Haseena...
Karishma hugs Haseena tight. Haseena wraps her hands around Karishma tight.
HM: ab hum tumhe kabhi Jane denge. Humesha saath mein rehenge.
KS: hum ko bhi tumse dur nahi jana.
Ruhi kicked Haseena making her falls off the bed, breaking her sleep and dream.
HM: ouch!! 😳
Holding her waist
Humara sapna tha? Par kitna acha sapna tha. Ru baby kya kiya... Kaash ye sapna sach ho pata..... Give yourself reality check Haseena, this can't happen. Ek baar Karishma ko check kar lete hai.
Haseena peeps at Karishma who was sleeping with restless face taking deep breaths. Haseena went on her side and keep her palm on Karishma's forehead and neck which was burning.
HM: Oh God!! Karishma has high fever.
Haseena checks Karishma's temperature with a thermometer immediately. It gives reading of 104°F. Haseena almost panicked seeing the temperature. Then she immediately calls the doctor and went in kitchen, brings cold water. She slowly removes duvet covering Karishma, sat on the edge of bed and shift Karishma's head in her lap for doing the cold strips. Haseena was continues do when Ruhi wakes up and sees haseena doing the cold strips. Karishma could feel the love and warmth in her sleep.
RS: hero what are doing?
Ruhi said while rubbing her eyes.
HM: sshh!! Ru mumma is not well. Aap sojao.
RS: kya hua mumma?
HM: bas thoda sa fever hai.
RS: mumma ne ye kiya tha jab hume fever tha. Hero hum bhi karna hai.
HM: baby aap sojao. Hum dehk lenge. Bahut raat hogayi hai.
RS: no... I will also take care of my mumma.
HM: but...
Ruhi interrupts
RS: hero please 🥺🥺
HM: okay.
Soon the doctor comes and rings the doorbell.
RS: hum dehkte hai.
Ruhi opens the door and calls the doctor. Haseena slowly shift Karishma's head back on the pillow and get up. But Karishma held her hand in sleep. Haseena stood near Karishma holding her hand while Ruhi was on the bed near Karishma. The doctor did the checkup.
HM: kya hua Karishma ko? Is everything fine?
DOC: bahut zyada stress aur tension ki wajah se hua hai. Itna stress aur tension unki body handle nahi kar payi. Kya recently kuch hua inki life me?
HM: Karan...!!! Because of him my Karishma is pain. Chodenge nahi isse.
Thought of herself.
DOC: Miss Mallik..?
HM: ji... Haa.. there is something. But I will take care.
DOC: ye kuch medicine hai time par de dijiye.
RS: humari mumma theek ho jayegi na?
DOC: bilkul beta. Kal subah bilkul theek ho jayegi.
HM: thank you.
