*Zaidee's POV*
It's been a month. Long time I know. Billie and I are no longer together. I'm kidding, we're still going on strong.
I was texting someone while Leo and Billie cuddled into me. Bil tried to see who it was but I told her to look away and that it didn't concern her.
"Why are you being an ass?" She mumbled. "I have my reasons." I defended. "What are those reasons?" She whined. "Are you cheating?" She teared up.
"Baby- no look at me." I dropped my phone cupping her face. "I wouldn't do that to you. I love you so much. Please just bare with me, you'll find out soon." I reassured. "I promise on everything I'm not cheating." I stared straight into her eyes.
"Alright." She sighed, I wiped her tear and pecked her lips. "So is it a surprise?" She perked up. "Yes baby it's a surprise." I chuckled. Billie grinned in my direction and dropped the topic.

"So when am I being surprised with my surprise?" Bil asked making me laugh at the way she worded that. "Actually...today." I informed.
She cheered and screamed excitedly. "I go tew' Ewwie." She jumped and went up to my room to grab her stuffie. I find it cute that my news made her slip and wanna tell her stuffed animal.
"Ewwie mommy has supwise fo' me." She whispered into the elephant's ear as she slowly waddled down the steps. She sat next to me, not saying a word while I continued typing on my phone.
"Mommy..." She shook my shoulder. I hummed turning my attention on her. "I wan' make a cake..can we make a cake?" "Sure princess, c'mon." I grabbed her hand and lead us to the kitchen.
She set Ellie on the counter while I got our ingredients. It won't really be a cake, because vegan cakes are nasty. It'll be more of a sweet dessert, she won't notice the difference anyway.
I started putting stuff in a bowl. "Come mix it baby." I called her over. She mixed the shit together. "Good job baby, just like that." I praised making her blush. "Fanks mommy." She kept going while I added the wet ingredients.
"No problem my sweet girl. Now, keep mixing until you see no bumps while I get the pan ready and you can pour it." She nodded at my words.
While it was baking we decided to build some legos. Billie just stacked blocks and made them into random things. "Wook dis is a...dwagon, dat bweaffs fiwe." She pushed the...thing in my face.
"That's beautiful, princess." She smiled sheepishly. The timer went off and I took the thing out the oven. We waited for it to cool before decorating it.
Billie doesn't know this, but I invited her family over for dinner and what we just made is our dessert. I'm making an announcement and asking a question. That's her surprise.
Also by dinner I mean takeout from a vegan restaurant, I'm not in the mood to cook a full course meal right now. Dad and his boyfriend sat on the couch chatting.
Billie went over and joined their conversation. I ordered the food since her family is almost here. Heading up into my room I changed into comfy clothes.
I went downstairs seeing the table set up and the food in the center. Great. On cue the doorbell rang before the door was opened by Finneas. We all greeted each other and dad's boyfriend introduced himself.
Dinner was good and now it was time for our 'cake.' "I made this." Billie announced bringing it over. I let her take the credit. It looks like shit but it tastes decent.
