after tony left you stayed on the roof just as you always did . only to watch the sunset.
someone was walking behind you and by the heavy slow footsteps you could tell it was Thor .
you didn't turn to face him just kept looking at the view. without an introduction or even saying anything
Thor pulled you in for a tight warm hug that you never knew you needed.
" I know what happened...." he said calmly his voice above a whisper.
that's when your tears started falling.
" ... you did the right thing...." he said
you cried silently in his chest hiding from anything or anyone threatening to see you. and making sure he didn't hear you cry .
" how about we go out for a while yeah?" he said softly
you backed away a bit to look at him
" yeah... that would be great" you said with a sniff
" great ... go put something on and I'll be waiting for you" he said
you smiled and went to your room and wore this....

and as promised Thor was waiting for you in the living room. when you entered he looked at you and smiled
" there you are.... come on let's go" he said
you smiled before you went after Thor till you reached outside the tower.
" so I've heard there's some kind of snack here called pop tarts .it's really tasty ... " he said
" I'd love that " you said smiling
" fantastic " Thor said with his booming voice.
he grabbed your hand and walked with you to the cafe.
~ Tony's pov ~
I was in the meeting room with Steve and bruce after I left (y/n) on the roof to discuss our prisoner's matter.
" what do you think?" I said
" I say we give him a chance...he wasn't under control of his own mind" Bruce said
" we can't trust him...he attacked New York" Steve Said
" didn't you hear what Bruce just said....he wasn't in control" I said
" exactly...he might lose it again" Steve said
" we can at least try" Bruce said
" what do you suggest banner?" I said
" I suggest we let him out under (y/n)'s supervision...she'll be the only one able to stop him of he's out of line" Bruce said
Steve looked like he was about to kill someone .
