Chapter 45

you threw the dagger away and ran to Loki . he was still laying on his back, his arm wrapped around his abdomen groaning.

you removed his arm and was met by a deep wide slash wound in the upper part of his abdomen .

when you left his arm he wrapped it again around the wound. he was shaking with every breath.

" I'm s-sorry " he said , a pained moan escaping his lips

" I'm not letting you die " you said before bitting your wrist making it bleed

" n-no.. it's b-better this way " he said trying to get your hand away from your mouth but he was getting weaker

you didn't answer and just placed your wrist on his mouth why don't you just leave him to die ? you simply couldn't.

and you didn't know why but deep down in the bottom of your heart you knew the real reason.

during the last few weeks you've been friends. you had developed feelings for him .

to be more accurate..

..you fell for him

he kept pushing your hand but it was no use .

he drank your blood for a minute or two before you removed your hand and looked at his wound

it wasn't healing...

" why isn't it healing?." you said looking into his eyes

he didn't answer. his body started shaking

" Loki I'm begging you answer me.. why aren't you healing?" you said placing your hands on his chest.

" d-dagger " he said but was interrupted by a wet cough

you sped to the dagger and held it tightly feeling it's energy and examining it

your eyes widened in horror.

it was poisoned.

that's why he wasn't healing

you sped back to him and lifted his shirt up . around the wound were dark veins as if his blood was turning black and spreading slowly in his body

" no no no why would you do that!!!" you shouted at him

his lips curved into a weak smile as his breathing got shorter and shallower

you tried your best to think of a solution. you can't let him die . not yet . you had to tell him how you felt .

you came up with a crazy idea. you could take the poison out of his body and into your own and since you had examined the type of poison when you held the dagger you knew that your body would get rid of it .

you were running out of time so you had to do it the hard way which was by drinking his blood to get the poison into your system.

you grabbed his shoulders and pulled him towards you making him rest his back on you.

he hissed through his teeth.

" this might hurt but you have to trust me" you said moving his raven hair away from his neck

" l-let me g-go please" he said choking

" I won't let you die Loki end of discussion" you said

your eyes darken and your fangs appeared. you sank them in his neck and started drinking

he gasped when your fangs pierced his skin .

" n-no.. " he whispered. his body was getting heavier

his blood was sweet until the bitter metal taste hit your tongue .
