after you healed him he took a shower and you did the same.both of you didn't have the gut to go to Frigga's funeral.
now you were both getting ready with the warriors to fight.
you were making sure that the weapons were ready and everything was in place when siff approached you with something in her hand
" what's this?" you said
" your old armour... I thought you would like to wear it..." siff said
she offered it to you and you hesitantly took it
" I would love to..." you said giving her a quick smirk
you watched as she turned around and walked away. all the memories of you together before she finding out about your nature flashed before you.
Loki placed a hand on your shoulder snapping you out of it . your head turned quickly to look at him
" darling let's go change .." he said offering you his hand
" yes... yes let's go" you said throwing one more glance at siff before taking Loki's hand
he took you to his chambers.
" you zoned out..." he said closing the door
" no I didn't.." you said
" pretty sure you did but whatever you say.. you can take the bathroom I'll change here" he said
you nodded and went to the bathroom to put on your armour. you looked at yourself in the body size mirror in the toilet.
guess you were back to what you promised never to be. you sighed and got out of the bathroom.
Loki was giving you his back still putting on his armour
" are you done yet?" you said leaning on the door frame
" just a sec.." he said obviously struggling
you sighed and made your way towards him . you knew damn well that he didn't know how to put his armour on himself because he always had someone do it .
" here let me help.." you said turning him around
" I don't need help I'm a god." he said
" sure thing" you said helping him anyways
he sighed and opened his arms for you so you can adjust his armour. all along the process he kept looking at you.
" there..all good " you said
" thank you" he said lowering his arms
" just promise me one thing.." you said taking a step back and looking at him
he looked at you with a frown
" if anything happens there... don't risk your life for me " you said
" on one condition... never try to save my life.. deal?" he said offering you his hand
you frowned for a bit and looked at his hand . you side smiled and took his hand.
" deal " you said shaking his hand
" friends?" he said tilting his head slightly to the side
you looked at him confused and thought about it for a second . could you be his friend?. oh whatever.. what's there to lose?
" friends" you said smiling
he smiled in relief and kissed your knuckles. what a gentleman. something you'd never seen from him before.
