Purple light filtered throughput my bedroom through the galaxy curtains.

I opened my eyes and look around, noticing everything was pinkish purple.

I sat up and the motion woke Ranboo up.

"Good morning sunshine!"

"Sunshine?"

"Yeah I don't know I just came up with a random name on the spot."

"It's not a bad name Ranboo, I kinda like it!"

"That's good. That woulda been embarrassing if you didn't like it."

I laughed at that, "Yeah, it would've."

"I'm glad we did things yesterday. Who knows how much longer I have with you."

A sad look faded on Ranboo's face.

He nodded and said, "I wish I didn't have to leave though."

"Yeah."

"How much is left anyway? I can't see myself in mirrors."

I looked at him and my heart shattered.

"Only your face."

"Actually?"

I nodded as tears threatened to spill.

I saw a tear leave his eye and I let myself cry.

He hugged me.

"How about we go on a walk?" Ranboo asked.

I agreed and put some shoes on. I still had my clothes from the day before on and didn't feel like changing.

"To the park?"

"Sure!" He responded.

~

"It's like when I lost Wilbur." Ranboo paused for a moment, "We went to the park and he disappeared right in front of me."

"Yeah, it is. Isn't it?"

~

I sat down in the soft green grass.

Ranboo sat with me.

"There's t not really anything to talk about is there."

"Nope. Not really."

"How bout I tell you a story."

I nodded.

(So I'm gonna use just she pronouns for this Aimsey as it makes more sense when writing but I do know they use all pronouns.)

"

So one day I was walking through the forest.

I haven't told you about her but I had a friend named Aimsey.

She was also a ghost.

The same thing had happened to her.

It's quite often for ghosts to fade. I'm quite surprised I have been a ghost this long. You would think I would've long since faded by now.
