After the press release stating that Tony Stark was alive and kicking, life settled back to normal for Morgan. Which meant she was being ignored by her mother and Peter trying to fill her spot. Peter knew that Morgan felt ignored. And he was mad at Pepper for ignoring her daughter.

Tony didn't notice this. He just thought Morgan liked to be alone. So, he did.

Morgan had been hanging out with her friends and Peter pretty often. She was almost never home. But one day she came to the Tower, screaming for Peter.

"PETER! PETER! PETER!" She screamed as she reached the living floors.

He stuck his head out of his door. He looked exhausted.

"What is it? Omgosh! Are you ok?" He shouted, hurriedly rushing towards her voice.

"WE WON THE SCIENCE FAIR!" She shouted, leaping into his arms.

"I'm SO PROUD OF YOU! You know what. I'm going to take you out to a celebratory dinner." Peter said, swiping a random debit card off of the counter.

He half carried her out while they were still screaming in celebration.

"Why are you screaming bloody murder?" Tony Stark said, coming in from another room.

"I won the science fair. With my robot." Morgan said, suddenly shy.

"Oh that's the piece of junk that was in the work shop. Sorry to tell you this. But  I threw it away. Oops." Tony walked off.

Morgan let out a whimper. All her hard work was gone. Peter just gripped her shoulders. He leaned down.

"Come on. Let's go get food." Peter said, leading her out of the house.

Peter felt bad for Morgan. He knew how difficult it was to have Tony Stark as a father figure. The billionaire, playboy and philanthropist was a difficult man to live with.

"So where do you want to get food?" Peter asked.

"CRACKER BARREL WITH CHICKEN, MASHED POTATOES AND MACARONI AND CHEESE!" She enthused.

"Of course. You can't go to Cracker Barrel without getting mac and cheese!" Peter exclaimed happily.

They had a wonderful meal but tragedy struck them on their way home. Slam! The car flipped over three times. BANG! The engine exploded. Fire rained down on the car and its surroundings. The two saw vague outlines of people in dark green suits getting them out of the wreckage. Blurry Hydra symbols dotted in and out of their vision.

"PETER!" Morgan screamed.

"MORGAN!"

"SHUT UP!" A voice said.

By the time the Avengers got there, they were gone. The wreckage made it so you wouldn't be able to tell if there was any bodies.

"No." Tony choked out.

"You should have bonded with her while you had the chance." Clint snapped.

Morgan was his favorite. The things they had done together were some of his best memories.

"How does that time machine of hers work again?" Tony asked.

"She destroyed it." Clint said.

"Why?! THAT THING WAS GENIUS!" he shouted angrily.

"Because you said it was trash." Clint smacked Tony across the face.

"PETER!" Morgan screamed.

She was chained to a wall. Peter was on the wall across from her. He was unconscious. They were trapped in a room. A white room.

"Peter!" She shouted again.

He unintelligibly murmured something and  his eyes flickered open. The shocked boy looked around.

"Morgan! Are you ok?" He asked.

"I'm fine. Where are we?" Morgan worriedly looked around.

"You're with HYDRA my dear, and you two are going to be our new soldiers!" A balding man came in with a three guards and a doctor looking dude.

"No! You can't do this to us!" Peter screamed.

"The Avengers think you're dead. We will succeed!"

And with that an electric shock rattled through them and they fell into the blackness.
