Bryan's mom knocks on Ned's door but there's no answer

She knocks again and hears someone coming down the stairs

Ned's mom opens door

NED'S MOM: Oh hi, Michelle

NED'S MOM: What are you doing here?

BRYAN'S MOM: Where is Bryan?

BRYAN'S MOM: He said he was going to hang out with Ned and Gavin

BRYAN'S MOM: But he never came home!

NED'S MOM: It's 1 in the morning

NED'S MOM: Surely, he'd be home before that

BRYAN'S MOM: No, he isn't

BRYAN'S MOM: And I don't know where he is

NED'S MOM: I'll ask Ned and see if he knows

Ned's mom calls for Ned

Ned comes downstairs

NED'S MOM: Ned, do you know where Bryan went yesterday?

NED'S MOM: Were you with him?

NED: I was

NED: But then he ripped his pants and went home

NED'S MOM: Were you with him when he went home?

NED: No

BRYAN'S MOM: And when did he say he was gonna go home?

NED: I think around the late afternoon

Bryan's mom and Ned's mom looks at each other

NED'S MOM: I think we should call the police

NED: Or we can ask the sheriff first

NED: We were near the lake, the last time we saw him

NED'S MOM (To Bryan's mom): What do you think?

BRYAN'S MOM: I think we should do that

NED'S MOM: Come on, let's go

NED'S MOM: Ned, you stay and watch the house

NED: Aw man

Ned goes outside and spots a poster on a tree
