A modern Stormlight Adolin would be the guy who experiments with lots of different types of colors and styles but there is typically a base that he likes to go off of that normally is some form of a button down shirt. His closet has lots of variations in styles and colors and patterns but he makes them all work. He likes to make his own clothes and has quite a few handmade shirts that you'd never know were made by him. His color pallet has lots of different shades of blue but he will occasionally wear other colors.
While Adolin was able to express himself growing up he didn't get a chance to try to make new fashion decisions and help his friends and family find stuff like he can now because he has more options to do so.
Also his major is definitely along the lines of fashion merchandising and business because of how much he does stuff with his clothing in the books.
