Dalinar is just a very semi formal businessman in his outfits. And as the dad he is very supportive of all his childrens endeavors (now) but when they were younger he wasn't as good so Navani came over to be a good aunt/mother. He works in economics or whatever. Idk I'm not a business smart person.
His color pallet has deep shades of blues and greens mostly.

Navani is the woman who does everything. She runs her own research facility and also loves to make everyone work hard which is good for those who she teaches. She loves reds and mixing and matching clothes (courtesy of Adolin). Her and Dalinars businesses are at the same location and there has been many times where she would go into his office unannounced and yell at him to get his shit together and also that's kind of how she admitted she liked him romantically and that got him to be a better parent somewhat.

Elhokar has the goals to be a big business executive at a big business company but for now he's in college getting his masters in business. Also he likes to leave his shirt unbuttoned slightly because Adolin suggested it and the family really listens to him with fashion advice. He has no idea where his wife (who's name I don't care to look up) is and he's kind of single parenting Gavinor with the help of Navani and Dalinar but also not at the same time. Also hes fairly paranoid about life in general.
He has a very brown toned color pallet with some reds and oranges in there as well.
