This is Ahisma, the drummer in a band from Nicalamakc. Their first debut in the book/series was in episode four when Meilyr and Mysa go out to eat at a restaurant called Sinner's Palace. More will be seen of him and his band after episode five. (Btw, I can't draw instruments if you couldn't tell-)
