This is Mara! She's an overlord and the ruler of the 4th Ring! On earth, she "convinced" people to make deals with her and got them to make contracts where she got to own their souls after death. And that didn't stop once she died. Out of every overlord in Nicalamakc, she owns the most souls.

Fun Fact: Mara was inspired by Dr. Facilier from The Princess and The Frog. I wanted her to look a bit like a gypsy so that's where her outfit idea came from.
