This is Polka Pop! She's a radio host in Nicalamakc. Her cheery sarcasm is what made her so popular! She's actually a pretty mean person, but she's one of my favorite characters. It was really fun(and difficult) to draw her! She's still a little unfinished(her skirt isn't completely coloured in), but I'm really proud.
Her facial features could use a little work, along with the shape and length of her body.

Fun Fact:
Polka Pop was killed in a car accident at the age of 17, which gave her the ability to twist and stretch her limbs after death. She can stretch/twist them however long she pleases. She can also detach her head, hands, and feet.
