Binx is a fish demon- as are most in the 4th Ring- that works for Mara. She and Katina(the previously unnamed waitress) are two of the only side characters that will have actual character designs.
Binx and Katina will most likely only appear in the series once or twice. Their first appearance will be in Episode 9 at Mara's DeadZone, a restaurant owned by Mara and her husband.
