*Ethan's POV*

Ethan and the rest of the staff at Teminus spend their day cleaning up after the aftermath of Axalon Vex's latest botched invasion plan. Cops have been called and the ones who had gotten caught were sent to jail. By late afternoon, Ethan finds himself standing outside the door way that was the testing room in which his twin sister, Y/n, had disappeared in. He was so lost in his train of thought he failed to see one of his co-workers walk up to him.

"Still worried about Y/n?" Devon asks. Devon was one of the lead programmers for Teminus. But now he is on bug duty since the whole odd disappearance with Y/n.

"It doesn't make sense. We were all within safe parameters." Even steps into the room. It was still wrecked from earlier. "What went wrong?"

"It's Skyrim. It's one of Bethesda's games. There will always be bugs."

"But one that can cause a person to be trapped in the game?!" Evan turns towards Devon. "It was fucking sabotage from Axalon Vex. Someone leaked information to them as to when Y/n would be running a test in Skyrim!"

Devon comes into the room. "But the question is who? Who leaked the information?"

"I don't know. But whoever did will pay." Ethan leaves the room. "But now comes the issue of trying to check in on Y/n. I need to relay a message to her about what happened."

"You could put yourself in the game. Maybe write yourself in as an NPC."

"That could work. But the question is what NPC?" Ethan heads back upstairs to his office. Devon follows after him.

"What about the courier? Have a letter sent to her until you can figure a way to put yourself into Skyrim."

"That can work. But we have to be careful. To us, Skyrim is just a game. But once your in it, any of the NPCs will see it as an interaction to another person. I could write myself on as a Daedra."

"What about Sam? The one you have a drinking contest with in order to get the Sanguine Rose?"

"That could work. Daedric Lords like him like to interfere with the lives of mortals. So it will be seen as the Daedric Lord just messing with someone." Evan rushes into his office and slams the door closed. He begins to work on a letter to have the courier to give to his sister.

*Y/n's POV*

Y/n was on her way up to Dragonsreach to talk to Proventus Avenicci. It's been a couple of days since she started working around Whiterun and with the Companions. She was still working odd jobs for them and still hasn't went on any quests yet that were assigned to the story line for the Companions. So in the meantime, until that quest shows up, Y/n has been saving all of her Septims. As she reaches the list step to Dragonsreach, she hears someone call out to her. Y/n looks back and sees a courier running up the steps after her.

"I've been looking for you. For your hands only," said the courier as he reaches into his bag and pulls out a small package and several letters. "A package from Fervyn and several letters. Two from Fervyn. As for the others, they wouldn't say. All they said he was a friend of yours. That's it. Got to go."

Y/n takes the package and the letters from the courier before he quickly runs back down the steps. She puts the letters and package into her leather pack before going into Dragonsreach. After a few minutes, Y/n was able to get the key to Tundra Homestead. Proventus Avenicci mention that Fervyn at one point considered buying Tundra Homestead but ended up changing his mind. She makes her way down the steps of Dragonsreach, past the priest who was shouting about Talos, past Warmaidens, and out the front gates of Whiterun.

Outside the gates of Whiterun, in the usual spot, was Ri'saad and his caravan. Khayla running over to Y/n as soon as she sees her.

"Friend, Y/n!" Khayla nearly tackles Y/n to the ground. She sweeps Y/n off her feet and spins her around. "Khayla misses Y/n." Khayla looks Y/n over before setting her back down on the ground. "Y/n is still feels light. Even with her armor on. Do the Companions not feed you? If not, Khayla has food for Y/n!" Khayla runs over to her tent that had just been finished setting up.

Y/n laughs over the antics of her friend. She makes her way over to the tent. "Khayla you do not need to bring me any food or give me any food," said Y/n.

"But it's Khayla's treat to Y/n," said Khayla. After a few minutes, Khayla comes out of her tent with loaves of bread and cheese. Even a bowl of Elsweyr Chowder. "Khayla used her own Septims to buy Y/n food. Was not easy for Khayla to do. Some Nords still think Khajiits are thrives. Not all Khajiits are." Khayla hands Y/n the food. "So where is Y/n off to?"

"Just bought myself a house. I'm kinds tired of sleeping in the room that the Companions gave me in Jorrvaskr. I needed more room to myself."

"Y/n stayed in a small room?" Khayla asks as she tilts her head to the side in confusion.

"Yeah. Been saving up my Septims. Plus Fervyn sent me some too which helped."

"Go to your new home. Then when you are rested up, come talk to Khayla and the others."

Y/n bids her Khayla goodbye before she heads off to Tundra Homestead.
