Charlotte POV
"In here!" Jasmine shouted as I stepped inside her house.
It's ten pm, and I've just gotten to Jasmine's house. She keeps the front door open so I can just walk inside instead of ringing the doorbell.
I close the door, before dropping my bag in the hall and walking into the living room of her house.
Jasmine is there, sprawled out along the couch in shorts and a baggy shirt.
"About time. We agreed half nine" Jasmine groans, and I chuckle as I sit down beside her feet. "Traffic" Is all I say, and she nods.
"My parents are gone for an overnight business trip in Philadelphia, and Grace is over at her boyfriend's house, so we have the place to ourselves," Jasmine tells me, and I grin.
"Get changed into your pyjamas, I'll get everything else," Jasmine tells me, and I giggle before standing up. Jasmine does the same, before running into the kitchen and I laugh while running into the hall and grabbing my back.
I go upstairs and into Jasmine's room, before closing the door and changing into black shorts and a dark grey jumper. I leave my bag in her room, before going downstairs.
Jasmine is still gone by the time I get back to the living room, and I collapse onto the couch and grab the tv remote.
A few minutes later, Jasmine comes back while I'm still flicking through Netflix.
I look and Jasmine and laugh. She has junk food under her left arm, and a bottle of coke under her right arm with two plastic cups put around the top of it. Two bottles of vodka; one in each hand, and is carrying a bag of popcorn using her teeth to bite onto the top of the bag.
She walks over to the couch before letting go of everything while I watch with amusement.
"We're having a cheat night off our diet today. I have another few bags of popcorn and stuff in the kitchen for when we run out" Jasmine grins before sitting on the couch.
She sits with her legs in a basket, before turning to the tv.
"What are we watching?" She asks, and I shrug. "I don't mind," I tell her. "Fifty shades of grey?" Jasmine asks while wiggling her eyebrows up and down.
I laugh before clicking on the movie and sitting back.
"You haven't stayed over in months" Jasmine groans, and I laugh. "I was here two months ago," I tell her. "Exactly. Way too long ago" She sighs and I smile.
"So how'd track tryouts go?" Jasmine asks, and I freeze, dreading she'd get upset again.
"Good. Although I nearly died from lack of oxygen" I joke and she laughs. "In cheer tryouts, this girl did a front flip and landed on her ass" Jasmine grins and I try not to laugh.
"I'd love to see that," I tell her and she grins.
A bottle of vodka is suddenly thrown into my lap, and I look over to see Jasmine grinning. "To getting on teams" She smiles as she opens her bottle.
"We haven't gotten on yet" I chuckle as I open the bottle I was given. "Char, we're going to get on the teams," Jasmine tells me as if it's the most obvious thing ever.
She raises the bottle in the air, and I bring mine and cling it against hers before we bring the bottles to our lips and take a big gulp.
I grimace at the taste while Jasmine starts coughing. I laugh at her coughing fit, causing her to laugh as well, and soon we get into an endless cycle of laughing at each other's laugh.
