Charlottes POV

I smile as I stare down at the toasted cheese on my plate.

I made that.
With one fucking hand.

Round of applause, please.

I hear footsteps, and I look up and see Casey walking in. "I'm going to that cafe Diana never shuts up about. Want anything?" He asks, and I shake my head.

"Why are you going there?" I ask him. "Diana has a cold. And me being the amazing brother I am, decided to get her some hot chocolate" He tells me and I smile.

"Awe, you have such a big heart" I coo, and he rolls his eyes. "Fuck off" He mutters as he walks out of the kitchen.

I laugh while I carry my plate to the kitchen table. I sit down and begin eating.

Caseys POV

Some people need to learn how to fucking drive properly.

Getting out of my car, I slam the door, pissed off at how idiotic people are.

See this is why I don't leave the house.

People irritate me beyond belief.

I stick one of my AirPods in my ears, listening to music as I walk down the sidewalk to the little cafe Diana loves so much.

My phone vibrates in my pocket, and I take it out, reading the text I got.

Leo

Give me one good fucking reason why I shouldn't kill Paul

I groan. I hate Paul. Me and Leo constantly bitch about how annoying he is.

Leo

Give me one good fucking reason why I shouldn't kill Paul

Because we agreed to do it together

Before we die, we both swore we kill him. I'm rather looking forward to it.

He responds to my text, but I don't get a chance to read it since I suddenly bumped into someone.

"Shit, sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going" I apologize as I bend down to pick up my phone that fell out of my hand and onto the ground.

Ew. I have to wash it now. The ground is filthy.

Picking it up, I'm happy to see no cracks on it.

Realizing I should stop focusing on my phone, and apologize properly to the person I bumped into, I look up.

"Sorry-..." I stop.

I stare, my lips parted, my eyes wide with shock as I stare at the person with the same exact expression as me.

There, standing in front of me, looking as beautiful as the day I last saw her, was Amara.

"Casey?.." She whispers, in as much disbelief as I am.

I try to speak, but nothing comes out. I close my mouth, nodding my head instead.

She smiles at me, and my heart flutters at the sight. Fuck, I've missed that smile. I've missed that breathtaking smile on that beautiful face so fucking much.
