My Feelings

Numb

I'm in an unknown land of thoughts,
don't know what to feel or how to feel.
Nor do I know how to express what I feel

I'm not sure if I'm feeling anything,
I want to feel but it seems impossible.
There's an emotion brewing in my system but
I cannot say which it is exactly.

But I know I'll be okay,
No matter how strong thunderstorm strikes,
it calms eventually.
Despite how much the waves of the sea is,
it subsides.
No matter how long an hurricane hits or a volcano erupts,
it stops after havoc.

I'm sure when this feeling in my system calms,
I would be able to put a finger
on what it really is.
