It's silent,
eerily silent.
No words exchanged,
no gestures either.
The hallway empty,
like an abandoned ballroom.
It's too serene though,
comforting but a bit disturbing.
I want to dwell in this attributes while I can,
because it's too peaceful.
I'm used to the noises,disarray and
shambles that it's hard
to let of old behaviors
