First off,they do indeed count for Mass Murder,as they would have ti kill at least 78 people to get the maximum amount of shards you can get for S Ranking the stage.
They also can get slapped with Agreveated Assault,Assault With a Deadly Weapon.
But,now for their war crimes...
You can't use Biological weapons in war fare. "But they don't use Biological weapons!" I hear you scream. Yes they do,by technicality. You see,on their models,they are covered in blood. Blood to blood contact is a great way to spread HIV and AIDS. So,they get slapped with this. It also counts as poison,too.
Much like Malak,they willfully cause great suffering.
They also are using (presumably) Home made weapons,which you can't do in war. Since we do not know the origin of the knives they use,I presume them homemade.
They can also get punished for killing someone who can't fight back,as you have no powers during Monkey Business.
But besides that,these guys are mostly clean.
