3rd person's P.O.V

Esther felt an uneasy sensation build up in her stomach sitting by Ruddy's bedside. He laid sound asleep with his complexion pale and his most damaged injures plastered carefully over his Caucasian skin. Esther jumped at the sound of the basement's entrance opening.

She glazed up above her shoulder seeing only but her friends. Ava, Harri and Stromi and began to relax. "You like look you saw a ghost" Ava chuckled. Harri Cajoled with a smirk on their face. "Wait you guys., I think Casper is here?" Stormi rolled her eyes, having both of her hands on each hip.

"Would you two please cut it out! This isn't something to laugh about" the brunette haired girl cautioned her two friends. Even when times were difficult Esther always knew that her friends would always find a way to make her laugh, On purportedly or not. And Stormi scolding Ava and Stromi like their were kids was the icing on the cake.

Ruddy awoken rubbing his eyes to the sight of Esther in his presence. "Hi" "Hi" the raven haired girl greeted him. "How are you feeling?" Ava queried., concerned waltzing towards Ruddy's bed with Stromi and Harri beside her. Ruddy smiled. "I'm on the slow journey to recovery. I had my ass kicked multiple times by various mystical creatures. And somehow manage to look on the brighter side of life"

Ingrid appeared behind the teens announcing. "This isn't a joke Rupert!" Esther noted. "Ingrid Ruddy is ok now., you nothing to worry about" The blonde girl marched over to Esther. "Look Newmen this isn't over yet" she digressed with her arms crossed. "What isn't over?" Stromi snarled though gritted teeth. "The Alpha wolf is coming. And it's coming for all us of us!" Ingrid warned.

Ava protested, shaking her head. "No you're just messing with us!" Harri uttered. "I can't believe I'm saying this. But I believe her" Stromi and Ava stare at one other dumbfounded. "I mean think about it. Things around Graybatt University have been getting stranger and strange each day. The red head lectured. "Firstly Ingrid nearly turned into a werewolf in front of the whole university.

"Secondly Esther was bite by a werewolf at The Halloween Ball. And it nearly killed half of the student body. Many them of whom never made it.

The teens took a minute silent to reminder those who lost their lives that tragic night.

"And thirdly Gabe attacked Ruddy for no obvious reason" their implied

Esther added. "Harri you forgot to mention about Nurse Orwell also being attacked by a werewolf , just a few days before The Halloween Ball" Harri remembered "oh yeah and she was brought back to alive!" "And the fact that someone or something hexed Gabe. And now he's in the hospital in a coma" Stromi testified. Ruddy fought back the tears forming in his eyes. Because he hated the thought of him in laying in a hospital room unresponsive.

Esther's warm palm griped his. And in that moment Ruddy felt safe once again just by a single touch. "So what we do now?" Ava inquired. Ruddy requested. "We prepare for battle" "It was only a matter of time that it would come to this point" Noah's voice echoed though the basement standing at the doorway.

The sliver haired man grab a spear from the wall. He aim it towards Esther on purpose. Ava, Stromi and Harri screeched in unison. "Look out!" Esther bolted and caught the spear within a speed of light. Her friends look upon her in awe. Ruddy and Ingrid chuckled at their reactions., while Noah stood proudly.

Stromi commented. "That was on some next level Spider-Man shit Esther!" The raven haired girl mumbled. "Oh thanks Storm I didn't know I had it in me" Ingrid interrupted. "You're gonna have a lot of that happened. Because you're wolf senses are starting to grow" "Which is Esther caught the spear pops threw towards her" Ruddy added. Esther vouched, timid. "But that was only just by luck"

Noah wandered to Esther flashing a sympathetic smile. "It means you're ready" he insisted turning to look at his grandchildren who both simply nodded at his words.
