Chapter-32

When Taehyung arrived at home late that day, Jisoo was seated on the armchair in front of the glass window She was watching the view outside

As she didn't move when he stepped in, Taehyung walked toward her and he bent down to kiss her neck from behind She gave a sad smile and her reaction didn't go unnoticed by him

"What's wrong?" Taehyung asked while he turned around to stop in front of her He lifted her chin gently with two fingers

"Were you crying?"

"No" she gave an automatic answer and lowered her head

"Look at me, Jisoo" he raised his eyebrows and crouched to glance into her eyes

"What happened?"

She signed heavily and decided to be honest with him "My mom called...My father is getting worse He doesn't want to eat anymore Nor take the med" she paused for a few seconds before confess

"I don't know what to do" Taehyung was stunned to see her cry A lot of things were going through his mind at that moment but somehow, her silent tears left him destabilized

He stroked her face and wiped away a tear

"Don't cry! I'm gonna fix this situation for you" he sounded like the cold CEO was in action

She raised her head and looked at those brown eyes in surprise "How?"

"Let's start by visiting your parents tomorrow" he put a strand of hair behind her ear "It's time to tell them we're engaged"

Jisoo widened her eyes "Do you think it will help, Taehyung?"

"Don't worry about it Just stop crying The last thing your father needs is a sad daughter" he stated and got up quickly "I'm gonna take a shower"

Taehyung went straight to the bathroom of his suite Jisoo came back to admire that bustling city again

As he felt the cold water fall over his body,he thought about how he was going to behave with Jisoo's family How would they react when they heard about the wedding?And about her father, perhaps Dr.Han, the family's doctor, could examine him and give a more conclusive opinion, a more effective treatment

Taehyung hoped that the surprise wedding gift would also help her family to recover

What would be Jisoo's reaction when she found out about the gift? She would probably scold him Taehyung smiled at the thought of her surprised
face

He heard a noise at the door and unexpectedly Jisoo entered the bathroomstall, completely naked Taehyung looked at her with desire

"Can I join you?" she asked evilly

He smirked and pulled her to a feverish kiss

That was another busy night at Taehyung's apartment Taehyung and Jisoo made love a couple of times and they slept together in his bed, which meant another first time to Taehyung

In the next morning, Jisoo woke up early because she was too excited to see her family again Although they don't live much far from where she used to live,she had been too busy with her work that she couldn't make time to visit them properly

Taehyung woke up hungry, as usual Not just for food, Jisoo could tell But she refused to waste time at home He was pissed because she rejected him but got ready and soon the couple was on the road

"Do your parents know you're engaged?" Taehyung asked to break the silence

"No... I forgot to tell them"

"Did you forget to tell them?" he was discredited "It looks like it's not a big deal for you then Were you planning to hide this information from them for a year?" he quickly glanced at her

"No, Tae They are just going through a lot lately and I didn't find the right thing to say But of course I would tell them" she rolled her eyes

"Do you think they will like me?" Taehyung asked suddenly

"Why? Is that a problem for you?" Jisoo mocked

"You're going to be my future wife"

"Just for one year" Jisoo made a point of reminding him

"Maybe... ." he replied and she looked at him doubtfully "We haven't sign the contract yet The deadline can change."

"You wouldn't be that crazy." she stated unbelieving

"You don't know me, Jisoo...You don't know what I'm capable of doing to get what I want"

"And do you want me?" she asked faintly

"Entirely"
