When the sun came up, she decided to get up and take a cold shower to ward off those naughty thoughts
Jisoo reached the kitchen feeling hungry Her mother was cooking something and when she saw her daughter, she grinned
"Good morning, beauty!"
"Morning, mom!" Jisoo kissed her mother's cheek "What are you doing?"
"Bacon and mixed eggs, the way you like it"
"Oh, God!" Jisoo covered her mouth and ran to the bathroom
She threw up some food she had eaten the day before After washing her mouth, she went back to the kitchen
"Sorry, mom I think my stomach is not good today"
"Are you ok? What happened?" Mrs.kim was worried "The smell of the food made me sick"
"Jisoo... Are you sure you're ok, darling? Are you not feeling anything else?"
"Don't worry, mom I'm good It's just a malaise" Jisoo sat in the chair in front of the other woman "Jennie texted me saying she's coming to visit me today"
"Great! You won't be alone then Your father is in the restaurant already, checking the last details I need to join him to interview the new employees"
"Sounds good. Leave the dishes, I can finish it"
"Thank you, sweetheart But if you feel anything, don't hesitate to call me right away"
"Ok!" Jisoo answered with a weak smile
Mrs.kim left and Jisoo did some house cleaning and watched a random talk show on TV
She fell asleep on the couch; after all she hadn't slept at night A few hours later she woke up scared with the doorbell ringing
"It's me!" Jennie said with a wide smile on her face while Jisoo opened the door
"Jen? What time is it?" the brunette woman was confused How long did she sleep?
"Wow, couldn't you greet me first?" Jennie mocked
"Sorry, I slept on the couch and lost track of time" Jisoo hugged her friend "I miss you"
"You always do" Jennie said as she entered the house "Look, I brought wine!"
"Well, about drinking, I don't think it's a good idea for me today My stomach is not good"
"You are so boring, Jisoo Oh, God! Why are you my best friend?"
"Stop complaining! I'm the best friend you could ask for!"
Jennie left her bag on the couch and went to the kitchen to get a glass of wine That was not the first time she visited Jisoo at her parent's house, so she was comfortable
Jisoo sat on the couch and waited for Jennie to return
"Ok, tell me everything!" the brown-haired woman sat in front of her friend "How have you been? Are you excited to open the restaurant?"
"I am fine I'm still trying to understand everything that's been going on in my life lately This whirlwind of feelings bothers me, you know"
"It looks like you're not the only one going through this mess"
"What do you mean?"
"Mr.Kim" Jennie took a sip of wine "He has been different It seems that our icy God has feelings after all"
Jisoo lowered her head "He was here yesterday?"
The brown-haired woman told her friend everything that happened between her and Taehyung the day before She also talked about her feelings and how she was unsure about having a relationship with a powerful man
"Did a God like that say he loves you and you sent him away? You have a problem, definitely"
