Note: idk if cross ship is the right term but I don't really care whether it is or not

you guys know those occasional ships where its two characters from different series' fuckin each other? Yeah you don't see those often anymore, don't know if they were ever popular, but yeah

I don't think cross ships make sense, they're like crack ships but even worse. it's a little less worse for object shows tho since its pretty much a genre at this point but at the very least in crack ships do characters actually have some sort of possible connection

example: we'll call a dude john and another dude jake. they rarely speak to each other. john's sister, we'll call her emma, fucks with jake's brother, we'll call him jim. Both of their siblings fuck so theres some sort of connection. Still a weird fucking crack ship but at the very least is there a connection

But the only way two characters from two separate franchises could ever interact is in some sort of crossover or fanfiction type shit, neither of which are (most of the time) even canon (not to mention there are very few instances of a 'crossover' happening in an object show, if any, as far as I'm aware). Of course theres other things like for example Robot Chicken or Learning With Pibby, but those cases also apply despite being a little different

Obviously this applies to object shows too

Now okay if theres something these two types of ships have in common is that, what if say, both of the characters in question (or multiple) have similar personalities. ok yeah but like in my opinion i still don't get that at all..like can't the two be friends tho? Why jump straight to a relationship...idk dude. I don't like these types of ships :/

I rambled on way too long bye

Fuck all these ships and crack ships ever

Comment on this specific chapter an object show crack ship/object show 'cross ship' that I could cover which won't get a 0/10
