Backstory: One of the powerful gods, more than the One Above All, he created the infinity stones to allow mortals have a little bit of power and to do whatever they want, but limited them by a lot through certain ways. He created Astan whenever everyone started using the infinity stones for personal gain and gave Astan hints of his purpose so he'd know what to do without needing to interact with Zacroca. Zacroca didn't care about What If Astan taking over half of the multiverse, as he saw it as interesting to watch and see what would happen next, even being tempted to let him go into the rest of the multiverse by getting rid of The Watcher, just to see what would happen.
