Backstory: Hazalath Uchiha, was the god of the Uchiha clan and created the Sharingan, Rinnegan as well as every Genjutsu. Hazalath decided he would kill and absorb the power of several tailed beasts so humanity could thrive more without fear. The Otsutsuki God didn't like this and so Hazalath was stripped of most of his powers and knowledgeable and forced to become mortal and to live with the mortals.
