The entire Helghast Army has all gathered in the main square as Radec enters the stage and stands in the middle alongside his Commanding Officers, during this time now. Radec and his officers got a promotion from Visari as he received report of Radec's work and will be speaking to him after his speech. Radec and Cobar have now been named General of the Helghast Army. His other officers Willow, Winter, and Bleiss have been promoted to Colonel. Eve is now a Commander. Klein, Yuma, and Trifa are now Majors while Perry and Deery are now Captains. All of his commanding officers stands in attention as Radec signals the Command Center to begin broadcasting.
All over Remnant, everyone is watching the broadcast. Alot of them that are part of New Helghan cheer on the Helghast and their soldiers, while those that are not part of them look at them in fear.
