So if you've read or watched record of ragnarok, you'll know that Lu Bu and his Valkyrie, Randgriz, died as they lost against Thor. According to RoR lore, their souls were sent to Niflhel. The Record of Ragnarok Wiki says this about Niflhel:
In the universe of Shuumatsu no Valkyrie, going to Niflhel means having your soul destroyed, which prevents reincarnation, and having your body reduced to dust in the vacuum of space.
It is believed that this process is irreversible, being seen as a form of permanent death and that once someone is send to Niflhel they will never been seen again.
Now that we have that covered, that'll create some obvious problems with the fact that Randgriz is in the harem. I have some solutions to this problem. I'll let you all decide her fate though.
A. Y/N manages to find Randgriz's soul and offers her a chance of a second life, but Y/N does inform her that if she agrees to the deal, She'll become corrupted and will become a fallen Valkyrie. Considering the fact that the gods want to destroy humanity, Randgriz reluctantly agrees and becomes corrupted and is a very loyal servant of Y/N's but still cares for Valkyrie sisters

B. Randgriz's soul was actually sent to the void, a place similar to Niflhel, but instead of being completely erased from existence, those trapped in the void are able to watch the worlds but are never able to return...unless they are in good favors with the goddess of the void (The goddess only bring back one being every 500 years, but has only done it twice for her own amusement). This goddess cares little for humanity but would rather have them exist and see the gods ruined since they betrayed her. However, after certain event caused by Y/N (which will happen later in the future), and seeing an opportunity for revenge, the goddess of the void offers Y/N a chance to talk with her. After learning of Randgriz's soul being in the void, Y/N pleads with the goddess to bring her back. Having already agreed to help Y/N, she makes a new condition. Should they win, she gets to rule the heavens herself. Y/N agrees to the goddess' condition and she brings back Randgriz as promised.
