"Hi mom sorry I didn't call you to let you know that I didn't need a ride" I said as I walked through the door.
"That's ok I assumed you caught the bus. Anyway how is Molly?"
I didn't know what to say. When I saw Molly she was so lifeless. I couldn't tell mom she was really sick.
"She great!" I lied.
"That's fantastic. So what happened to her?"
"She um-" I didn't know what to say she didn't speak to me. Not once."um she didn't talk that much. She was um eating. But I think she broke her leg. Sprained her wrist and she had to have surgery on her head." That would work for now.
"Poor girl. Well I was thinking we could go for ice cream one you have a shower and get changed"
"Yes please!" Anything to get my mind off of Molly.

As I walked upstairs I thought about how Molly had no expression on her face. I turned on the shower water to as hot as it went. I went into my room and started to pull off my skinny jeans that were way to tight at my ankles. Then I spotted the photos of Molly and I. I pulled of my shirt and bra and put on my bathrobe. I walked over to the photos, grabbed everyone and put them in a draw. I couldn't think about Molly.
