the group of now four met up the next day for some karaoke and korean bbq. they had been out since 2 and it just turned 7, therefore, isa and jungwon decided to go home first - leaving niki and sunoo at the convenience store where isa had to get some snacks.
"hey do you want me to drop you off? my car's parked in the karaoke parking lot," niki offered with a vivid smile on his face.
meanwhile, sunghoon was driving back from a takeaway since rowoon was craving it. he drove past the convenience store but then swiftly came to a halt when he recognised sunoo.
'who's that boy?' he thought, gulping when he saw him get closer to sunoo. he bit the inside of his cheek as he exited his car and went up to the two.
"ah sunoo what a coincidence, um rowoon keeps crying and he won't let me comfort him unless you do it so..." sunghoon quickly thought of an excuse on the spot whilst he was conversing (not really it was one sided but) with the younger.
"oh," was all the shorter said, looking at niki apologetically "sorry niki! but i'll see you later yeah?" niki just nodded and watched as sunoo walked away with the other.
