I looked around at all the posters in the room and eventually, I saw it an electric guitar hanging above a mirror I quickly looked at what I was wearing I had a hellfire shirt on that was too big for me and just my boxers before I could even start freaking out a tired-looking Eddie came through the door with a bit of bed head in just sweatpants I looked away so fast embarrassed as my face flushed a dark red

"How did I get here what the fuck is happening" I said with a shaky voice

Eddie put his hands up like I was a cop "Don't worry it's not what you think it is we didn't sleep together I just saw you passed out in the living room last night at the party and I didn't want you to have to sleep at that house"

I nodded and that's when I remembered I was supposed to be home by 12 last night "shit shit shit..!" I quickly threw myself up and remembered that I had no pants on I covered myself with the shirt I had on as best I could

"What's wrong? If you're looking for your clothes you threw up on them so I put them in the wash for you and they're hanging to dry"

The thought of Eddie undressing me just made me redder than I already was "my mom expected me to be home at 12 last night"

Eddie grabbed a pair of pants that were in his drawer and he tossed them to me I quickly put them on thanking him and before I left his room he grabbed my arm "I want you to join hell fire club Monday you look really good in that shirt"

I nodded getting the courage to brush a piece of his hair back with my hand "nice bed head
freak" I said before running out

When I finally made it home I saw my disappointed mom in the kitchen and I started apologizing "I'm sorry for worrying you I accidentally fell asleep at Steve's" I hated lying to my mom but she didn't like Eddie one bit

She nodded "it's ok just please next time call me"

I gave her a quick hug before going upstairs Into my room

(Time skip to Monday)

I woke up to my alarm and I turned it off as I started getting ready I threw on the hellfire club T-shirt Eddie gave me and I matched it with a pair of black jeans

I grabbed my Walkman and my backpack walking out of my room

and as I was walking out of the house I saw my mom passed out on the couch surrounded by beer bottles I frowned and I left the house without taking another glance back

When I finally arrived at school I was getting a lot of stares more than usual I was fully convinced it was the shirt but I wasn't sure

I walked into the school and found my locker as I started rummaging through it looking for a different shirt I could change into and I was pulled out of my thoughts when I felt two hands on my shoulders I jumped as I turned around and I was met with Eddie laughing at me

"stop sneaking up on me all the time it's not funny," I said as Eddie continued to laugh

it felt so weird just being around Eddie and listening to him laugh after so long I guess I must've zoned out again because Eddie was waving his hand in front of my face

"you ok?" he asked

"Ye..yeah yeah I'm good" I mumbled as I quickly turned around to grab my English Textbook out of my locker

"Are you ready for tonight's game?" he asked

I closed my locker turning around with my books in hand "Is it okay if I just sit back and watch you guys I'm not the best at D&D" I frowned

Eddie pinched my cheek "of course you can you can sit right by me and be my little assistant how does that sound mm..?"

I started blushing a little bit as I lightly swatted his hand away and that's when the bell rang

"I'll see you after school" he said walking off
