As Eddie was cooking dinner I was laying on his bed trying to relax but I just couldn't stop thinking

"Y/n..! Dinners ready"

I rolled out of bed and walked to the kitchen sitting down at the small table that had two chairs

Eddie put my plate on the table and I looked up at him smiling "thank you" I said as I started to eat and Eddie just kissed my head as he sat down eating as well

After we finished I offered to do the dishes but Eddie shook his head as he got up grabbing both our plates and walking to the sink

I nodded and I got up walking back to Eddie's room I hopped on his bed laying back and closing my eyes after a bit I felt Eddie lay beside me and I cuddled into him as he wrapped his arms around me rubbing my back

(Time skip)

I woke up opening my eyes to see sleeping Eddie he looked so cute and peaceful but I needed a drink I slowly got up leaving Eddie's room as I got some water

once I had my water I decided to step outside of the trailer for some fresh air I looked up at the stars it was around 2 AM as the cold breeze hit my face and eventually I heard Eddie's voice from behind me I turned around and I saw him peeking his head out of the trailer door

"I'm sorry did I wake you up" I mumbled feeling bad now

"No no you didn't come back inside it's cold my love," Eddie said opening the door a little more I nodded walking back inside and Eddie got me tucked back into bed as he cuddled me and I fell back asleep

(Time skip)

I woke with a huge headache as I looked around noticing that Eddie was gone I looked at my watch it read 7:34 am

I quickly grabbed my backpack and stole one of Eddie's hoodies putting it on as I walked out of his room

I called Eddie's name out and when I got no response I put my shoes on leaving his trailer and closing the door

I ran all the way home that morning and when I walked through the door my mom looked angry

"I called Steve's house and you weren't there last night in fact Steve's parents said they haven't seen you since the last time you went over there  on Halloween you've been lying to me,"  she said almost yelling 

I just walked past her not wanting to start an argument at 8 in the morning but she grabbed my wrist and as she was about to scream at me I yelled "you lie to me every fucking second you breathe..! I'm not stupid so stop acting like it stop acting like you're a productive mother that gets up every day for their kid because it's too fucking late to pull that shit too late" and I ripped my wrist away from her as I ran upstairs

After a few hours, I heard my mom's drunken cries outside of my door

"Y/n I'm sorry ..! Please let me in baby.." her banging on the door became more persistent and loud I just curled up in my bed as her cries turned into anger and she started to kick my door

I decided to just leave I got up from my bed opening my window as I climbed out I shut it and I jumped down I was grateful my window was easy to jump out of

I had nowhere to really go I didn't wanna bother Eddie anymore so I just walked around and I eventually found myself outside of a liquor store

I walked in pretending to look around as I grabbed a small bottle of tequila putting it up my sleeve and I walked out no problem

I sat on a random curb and started to drink once I finished the bottle I decided to lay down on the sidewalk after a bit I got up almost falling over as I laughed at myself

eventually, I passed out in an alleyway and I woke up at around 1:40 am holding my head as I got up crying I decided to walk to Eddie's finally caving in

once I got there I banged on the trailer door and when the door opened I just started sobbing

"Eddie... I... I don't wanna be like my mom.." I cried out as I started trembling

Eddie just pulled me inside holding me in a tight embrace as he closed the door and carried me to his bedroom

And immediately after being in Eddie's warm embrace, I fell asleep

(Time skip)

The next morning I woke up in eddies arms and I just held him tighter and after a bit, I felt Eddie's hand run through my hair

"Y/n..? I want you to talk to me please tell me what's going on" he said softly

I nodded into his chest explaining the big fight I had with my mom Eddie knew the kind of relationship I had with my mom and he just tried his best to comfort me

"I don't want you going back over there at least for now I know that's not my decision but it's not good for you to be in that house... and you know that you can stay here as long as you want," Eddie said

"Your uncle won't be mad...If I say here?" I asked looking up at Eddie instead of hiding my face in his chest

"Nope and now it's official your living with me," Eddie said kissing my cheek as I giggled

"may I have a shower..?" I mumbled out and Eddie nodded quickly getting up and grabbing me a towel tossing it to me as I walked into the small bathroom closing the door and getting undressed

I turned the water on and waited for it to heat up once it was warm enough I stepped in immediately relaxing

after I finish I got out wrapping the towel around myself and I left the bathroom quickly walking into Eddie's room and once I got in there I saw Eddie on the bed smirking at me

I rolled my eyes "do you have anything that I can wear"

Eddie nodded getting up and grabbing a pair of boxers and a shirt "none of my pants will fit you and the last pair I gave you were the smallest ones I had" I nodded as he handed me the clothes

"Can you turn around?" I said smiling

Eddie just rolled his eyes laughing as he turned around once I was finished I flicked the back of his head and it led to Eddie picking me up as I quickly wrapped my arms around his neck and we both fell back onto his bed laughing

After a bit of calming silence I felt Eddie start to leave soft kisses on my neck as I smiled and eventually my hand found its way into his long hair

After a bit, I decided to break the silence

"Eddie.. do you think you could take me to my moms only to pick some stuff up that I need"

Eddie stayed quiet and I thought he was asleep until he mumbled into my neck "yeah we can"
