"You know where mom is Gray?" Asked Gabriel as he walked into Grayson's room
"No, I didn't see her since we got home" Said Grayson as he continues to scroll through his phone
"Texting your girlfriend," Said Gabriel teasing Grayson
"I'm not texting her and she's not my girlfriend... Yet" Said Grayson with a smirk
"Wow, So you won't even check up on her to make sure she's okay after a rough day at school?" Said Gabriel sarcastically
"She doesn't have her phone" Said Grayson
"Oh That sucks, You miss her already?" Said Gabriel teasing him again
"Shut Up" Said Grayson
"What are you doing in here anyway?" Asked Grayson
"I just came to see if you know where mom was, Because I was gonna go hang with Anthony for a bit, But since she's not here I was hoping..." Said Gabriel, beginning to ask for a favor
"Hoping for what," Said Grayson in a stern tone
"You'll cover for me while I'm gone" Said Gabriel with a begging smile
Grayson looked up at Gabriel who was almost begging, Grayson rolled his eyes at Gabriel.
"Be back before dark, After that, you're on your own" Said Grayson
"Alright mom I'll be back before sundown," Said Gabriel, Mocking Grayson
Gabriel grabbed his stuff and left the house. He walked to an alley where him and Anthony would normally meet.
"Yo Gabriel!" Yelled Anthony
"Hey man" Said Gabriel
"You got the stuff," Asked Gabriel
"Right here," Said Anthony as he kicked a bag over to Gabriel
Gabriel looked through the bag, Noticing something was missing
"Where's the Cannabis?" Asked Gabriel?
"The what?" Said Anthony confused
"The weed!" Said Gabriel as he rolled his eyes
"It's not in there?" Asked Anthony
"No," said Gabriel as he dropped the bag
"They must've forgotten to put it in, We gotta go back," Said Gabriel as he picked the bag up
"Can't we wait till next week?" Said Anthony sarcastically
"No, we're going now," Said Gabriel as he began to walk off
"Goddamit Gabriel!"

"And here you go"
"Thank you, Ryle," Said Mary as she took the glass of wine from his hands
"Thanks for coming over after dinner tonight," Said Ryle as he sits on the couch next to Mary
"Of course, The restaurant was so romantic so I didn't want to just end the night there" Said Mary jokingly
Mary took a sip of her wine as she looked over at Ryle who was admiring her every move.
"What," Said Mary as she blushed
"Just admiring how beautiful you are" Said Ryle
"Stop your making me blush" Said Mary sarcastically as she leans in for a kiss
"Do you have to leave right now?" Asked Ryle, In a baby voice
"Well...Maybe not just yet" Said Mary as she pulled in for another kiss
As the night went by, Mary and Ryle continued their night sipping wine, talking, and of course, making out. Ryle was Mary's escape. She looked at him not only as a friend but as a husband. She wishes she met Ryle before she met Allen, Ryle gives her everything that Allen doesn't give her, except for money.
"I should probably get going" Said Mary as she got off the couch
"Yeah I should probably see where my son is, He should be home by now" Said Ryle as he followed her to the door
"I'm sorry I have to leave you," Said Mary as she gives him a kiss
As Mary says her goodbyes to Ryle she makes her way into her car and drives off. As she pulls into the driveway of her home, She sees Gabriel walking towards the front door. As her headlights slowly move in the direction she's turning to park, Gabriel looks back and see's that it's Mary.
"What are you doing out so late?" Said Mary as she got out of her car
"I could ask you the same thing," Said Gabriel sarcastically
"I was with a friend, Where were you?" Said, Gabriel
"I was also with a friend" Said Mary
Gabriel wondered what she was doing out so late on a weekday, She's never out before 8 pm. They both walk into the house and go into their rooms.
"Where were you?" Asked Allen
"With a friend," Said Mary as she walked straight into the bathroom
"It's after 10" Said Grayson as he saw Gabriel walk past his bedroom door
"I got caught so there's no need anymore," Said Gabriel as he stood by the door frame
"Got caught, How?" Asked Grayson as he continued to write at his desk
"I was walking to the house, The same time mom was pulling into the driveway" Said Gabriel
"You know why she was out that late anyway?" Asked Gabriel
"I don't know, Probably work" Said Grayson
"She said she was with a friend" Said Gabriel
"With a friend... On a weekday?" Said Grayson in a surprised tone
"I know right" Said Gabriel in a confused tone
"What are you writing about?" Said Gabriel as he walked over to Grayson's desk
"Don't worry about it" Said Grayson as he quickly folded the paper
"Writing out your feelings... That's new" Said Gabriel
"What is up with everyone today, Mom's hanging out with her friends past 8 pm on a weekday, and your writing out your feelings like a little bitch" Said Gabriel sarcastically as he walked out of Grayson's room
"Keep walking before I punch the shit out of you," Said Grayson in a stern tone
Grayson looked down at the letter, He began to unfold it and finish up his last sentence. He grabbed an envelope from his drawer and folded the letter so that it fits inside perfectly. He seals it with his tongue and picks up his pen to write her name on the front of the envelope...
