Society.
Society will try to cast you where they think your part is.
Pay no attention to the lies society has to feed you.
And they say honesty is the best policy.
Fuck that.

"You've been seeing me in your dreams, but I'll be there when your reality drowns."

Loud footsteps receding, quieter ones following in it's place.
"Y/n!?"
A faint sniffling emitting from the stall.
"Let me in, it's Max."
"No, you- you aren't Maxine." I said.
"What?"
"Please, go away!" I begged.
"Y/n!"
"Let me in," she said calmly,
knocking a certain pattern against the door.
"Max?.." I sniffled
"Yeah." She said.
I crawled to the stall door, slowly opening it.
"Max!" I sobbed, falling lower to the linoleum floor.
"Hey, hey, what's wrong?" She asked.
"Is- Is it gone?" I questioned.
"Is what gone?" She asked.
"It."
"What?"
"I- I don't know!" I sobbed.
"Your shaking, y/n" She said.
"My head is aching." I groaned.
"How long have you been in here?" She asked.
"I'm not sure." I sniffled.
"What time is it?" I asked.
"2pm, the bell's about to ring." She said.
"Okay."
We walk out of the bathroom, the halls were crowded, teens at their lockers, others packing, a few swapping spit.
Jeez.

....
*BZZZZIIINGGGG* The bell rang, signaling the school day was coming to an end.
"Finally, let's go y/n" Max sighed, walking us out the entrance doors.
"Where's Henry?"
"Behind you," a voice said.
It was Henry, "Where did you come from?" I said.
"I ask the questions, love." He said.
"Where were you all day?" He interrogated, tears starting to pool my e/c eyes.
Max gave Henry 'that' look, signaling not to talk about that right now.
He silently nodded, "Sorry, love."
"It's okay." I sighed, harshly.
"Let's get you home, yeah?" He said.
"Yeah, I'm exhausted."I sighed.
