I plan to end the story with them getting together so they will seem very dense throughout the story. I have some chapters plotted out so I will probably end it with those, that would end up with 20 total chapters (not including Author's notes or any not plot related chapters).
I personally find it a lot more enjoyable to write if they are blushing, pining messes and find that hard to acheave if the characters are together. This is all just a thoughts dump and may change entirely ijdk.
