instantly, i walked over to the first friend i saw.
"hi." i greeted.
"hey, cherry!" they replied.
we walked to the cafeteria, while i unwrapped a cherry flavored piece of gum.
quickly shoving it in my mouth, i made eye contact with adam.
he glared, rolled his eyes, and began walking faster.
he wants me so bad.
"you and adam?" my friend teased.
"no, me and you." i said sarcastically. "do you want one?"
they took a piece of gum from the extended box, and i shoved it away, before all of the people i'd ever talked too swarmed me and begged for a piece.
i pulled my sweater tighter on myself.
somehow, after i got out of my weird bully victim phase, i quickly became friends with everyone.
sure, it was fake and i hated most of the people i talked too, there was always a select few i really liked.
