adam launched himself onto the couch.
she dodged him, almost being smacked in the head.
"god damn." she said, scooting away.
"i got no sleep." adam complained.
"sucks to suck." cherry said, grabbing her purse and moving to sit down on the carpet.
"you don't enjoy my company?" adam questioned, taking up the entire couch.
"nope."cherry opened her purse.
she grabbed a small red bag out of it, reviewing her makeup.
she relined her lips carefully.
now, adam had an excuse to stare.
a fresh coat of lip gloss topped it off.
she curled her eyelashes, as adam continued to watch silently.
he had laid in his bed the entire night confused.
he felt sick to his stomach every time he thought of cherry.
