Collide- discontinued

Episode one

"Hey who are they? The boys kinda cute." I said looking at my best friend Hartley.

"Oh! Those are people I told you about, you know, the ones that just moved in?" She said smiling.

"The girl is Amy and the boy is Jake." Hartley said.
"Amy looks familiar though." I said crossing my arms.

"That's what I said! Hey- let's go say hi!" She stated grabbing my hand.
Hartley turned around.

"Hi neighbors!!" She said waving.

Amy said something to Jake that I couldn't make out.

"H- h- hi Hartley." Amy said forcing a smile.
"Um. I was wondering if you wanted to be-" she said pretending to puke.

"Friends?" Hartley asked.
I let them finish off their conversation. I still can't shake off how fimilar Amy looks.

I walked over to Jake.
"Hi." I said smiling.
"Hi." He said back.
"I'm y/n" I said.
"I'm Jake, it's nice to meet you y/n" He stated.
Just as I was about to say something we were caught off guard by Hartley.
"And everyday after that!" Harley said walking away all excited.
I started laughing.
"If I didn't know any better , I'd say your sister just stole my best friend." I joked.
Jake laughed. "Probably not for long." He said.
"Maybe but I have to go to class, see you around!" I stated.
"See ya."

After school

"Hey Amy-" Hartley said before getting the door slammed in her face.

Jake opened the door.
"Sorry about that. Hartley, this place is drafty." He said.
"Sorry I'm late, I had a meeting with the sunshine club. And I hope you don't mind I brought y/n" Harley said.
"Hello." I smiled.
"Great.. more friends." Amy said looking "amused."
Jake elbowed her.
These two are strange.

I spaced out for a few seconds. Next thing I knew Hartley was watching  catching up with the supers.
"The superhero reality show, how can you watch that junk?" Amy said.
"Junk?" I asked crossing my arms.
"Superheroes  are inspiring, they represent the best parts of all of us." I stated.
Amy gasps.
"There's starling! She's my favorite!" Hartley says.
Damn. I'm not my best friends favorite. Oh wait, she doesn't know.
"Uh oh." Jake mumbles.
*Starling talking on Tv.*

"Isn't she amazing?" Hartley says.
"Not even Havoc's Sonic Scream could take her down.Starling totally kicked her butt." Hartley added.
I laughed silently. I had to witness that.
"Yeah I'm pretty sure she didn't."

My phone started to ring.
"Oh guys sorry, my mom is calling I have to go home now. See you all at school tomorrow." I say and I walked out the door.

"Yes?" I asked once I was out the door.
"Make sure you are keeping an eye out for the villains on the run Moon."Starling said.
" I am."

That's all she ever wants. I swear.
I will say the Maddens are really strange.
But I can't say much. My life is strange.
