"Y/n, you and starling have a mission, come on." My dad said.
"I'm coming."I said.
I flicked my magic and transformed into my outfit. It's blue and on brand with my name, my element; fire, doesn't match my name but whatever.

"Starlight watch out!" I said just as she got hit with nightleafs (made up villian) super shock. Knocking her out. I flew and grabbed what we needed so we could leave. I flew nightleaf to the cops.
I flew back up to starling and healed her.

"Thank you moon." She said.
"Mhm." I stated mentioning to the reporters.
"Starling!!! How did you do it?" News person 1 asked.
"I did all the work of course." Starling said.
I rolled my eyes.
"Moon, how does it feel being her side kick?" News report 2 asked.
"Excuse me?" I asked.
"No I'm not her side kick. I'm her partner, I'm
Not answering anymore of your questions due to the lack of respect I get from you people." I stated. I turned around and flew away.

I walked into the door.
"Y/n!" My mom yelled.
"What?" I asked.
"That interview was terrible!" She said.
"No it wasn't, I was speaking the truth! I did all the work and didn't get any credit!" I yelled.
I felt like I was about to explode. Anger was boiling in my blood and I could feel it.
"That's no way to talk to your mom young lady." She stated.
"Well you know what, I don't care!" I crossed my arms.
"Why can't you be more like your older sister?" My dad said.
"Look at Faith, she's perfect, no attitude, no problems. Not to mention she focuses on her powers all the time and only gets stronger! You are the complete opposite." My mom yelled.

"You don't love me do you? All I am to you people is a second place metal! I'm never good enough, and I never will be!" I yelled.
My mom walked forward and slapped me.
"F-f- fuck you." I said running out of the house.
"Y/N L/N GET BACK HERE!" I heard my parents yell.

I pulled out my phone and called time (made up superhero.)
"Can I come over?" I said on the verge of tears.
"Yes! Of course whats wrong?" He said.
"I'll explain when I get there." I stated

I knocked on times door.
He opened the door.
I hugged him immediately.
(Just to be clear they both have their superhero costumes on)
"What's wrong?" He asked looking worried.
"My parents." I said.
Time pulled away and shut the door.
"Why don't you stay here tonight?" He said.
"What if our identities get exposed? My magic only lasts for a while!" I stated.
"Hey, it's okay you can trust me. I'm a super too, remember?" He stated.
"Alright I trust you." I said.
"Come on." He said grabbing my hand.

I slept in his bed and he slept on the floor. I told him I could sleep on the floor but no... he doesn't let that happen.
I shut my eyes for a few mintues.
"Good night moon." I heard him say.
I didn't respond because I'm to tired of speaking. Everything I say is wrong. So what's the point in talking if your an outcast.
Next thing I heard shocked me.
I heard time say "I love you."
