"Creature speak"
Harry's POV
"Oh! Young master bes so kind! Of course, Pippy can show young master and goblin guest to master bedroom follow me." Pippy can show young master and goblin guests to master bedroom, follow me." Pippy says while jumping up and down. I smiled at her in amusement, following her up a set of grand stairs. The stairs started as one but then split in two directions. Pippy led us up the left side and to a hallway of doors.
"These be the west wing of the manor, for family only, the East wing is for guests." She pointed out as we walked to another set of stairs. Pippy showed us the rest of the west wing, the Black Library, the Hall of Portraits, and one of the dining rooms. Finally on the third floor of the manor she led us to the Master Bedroom. As she opened the door my mouth dropped, the room was as big as the Dursley's house! The walls varied with the colours of greens and blacks with a hint of blue and silver in the mix as well.
There were glass doors leading to a balcony with a sitting area on the far right of the room, with bookcases lining the right wall with a fireplace in the middle. There was a dark green carpet on the floor in front of the fireplace with two black armchairs around a coffee table. There was a king-sized bed with silk white sheets and a black blanket with an emerald green comforter neatly folded at the end of the bed.
Two other doors were on the left side of the room, the first one, when opened, led to a walk-in closet thesize of my room at the Dursley's, and the other a bathroom. The bathroom had a small pool sized bathtub and a giant waterfall shower that had a marble bench to sit on. There was a vanity next to the bathtub and a big sink with a mirror above it. There was another door leading to a toilet next to the shower. I walked out of the bathroom and stood in the middle of my new room in awe.
"Is everything to young master's liking?" Pippy asked nervously. I looked at her and smiled. "Everything is perfect Pippy, thank you." I replied. She squeaked and popped away to do her duties. I turned to look at King Ragnok and Gornuk and smiled at them. "Thank you so much for all your help. I don't know what I would've done without you both." I rushed out gratefully. King Ragnok just waved his hand in dismissal.
"Do not fret about it Lord Potter, you have given me a lot of entertainment. The office can be awfully boring." He replied, Gornuk nodding along. "If you ever need any help, just come to Gringotts and ask for me." The king offered. "Just make sure it's legal please, Lord Potter." He added with a smirk. I laughed. "I'll be sure to take you up on that offer." I said, feeling a bit embarrassed at the kindness King Ragnok was showing me.
I've never had someone who truly cared about me, it feels nice, but there's something in me that tells me I don't deserve it. I smile awkwardly looking away before something comes to mind. "King Ragnok sir, I was wondering-" I started speaking before I was stopped "Just Ragnok Lord Potter." Ragnok said amused. "Sorry" I smiled sheepishly. "What should I do if I go into my creature inheritance?" I ask.
"That shouldn't happen until you're sixteen, but just in case it does happen early, which is common, I want you to hold this pendent and say my name." He replies handing me a necklace with a pendent of a snake curled around a rose. "It's beautiful..." I whisper quietly in awe. Ragnok just smiles at me. "It's goblin made and shows other goblins that you are a friend of goblins. I know you are worthy of this and that you'll keep it safe." He explains while I look at him in shock.
