Batch of 20 Lost Memories - Epilogue/Final Message

March 12, 2016. Graduation Day.

"Kuya, you remind me of someone..." sabi ni Daniel sa akin fixing his hair. "How dare you say those words to me," sigaw ko kay Daniel busy fixing my toga. "Teka, teka, kalma ka lang... you remind me of Dad. All he is... I see him in you, Cody. Kaya wag kang magtaka pag tinawag kitang Dad, HAHAHAHA!" sabi ni Daniel. "Aba, huwag mo akong gayahin kay Bagito na batang ama o kay President na Dream Dad!" sagot ko.

"Cody, Daniel, baba na kayo dyan!" sabi ng mom ni Daniel. "Coming!" lumabas na kami sa kwarto namin at bumaba ng hagdan ng bahay. "May sasabihin nga pala ako. Ano..." sabi ni Daniel. Huminga itong malalim. "Wag mong sabihin kay Mommy toh ha," bulong nito, "boyfriend ko na si Kenzie." Muntikan na akong mahulog sa hagdan sa sinabi nito. "Mamaya kita kakausapin dyan pero I'm so proud of you at may lovelife ka na rin sa wakas!" Sumakay na kami sa kotse ng mom ni Daniel.

"Andyan na sila!" sigaw ng mga kabarkada namin. Agad labasan ang mga cellphone at monopod. SELFIE! Nagkatitigan kami ni Eliza sa mata pagkababa ko. "Ano... nakadecide na ako kung saan ako papasok. Sama na ako sa'yo sa Ateneo," sabi ni Eliza. SHET! HINDI NA KAMI MAGKAKALAYO NG MAHAL KO! Niyakap ko siya. At lahat pa ng ibang couples ay nagyakapan na rin.

There's... EliDy (Eliza-Cody), ChaYlie (Chase-Kylie), JunLyn (June-Katelyn), KelAnne (Kelvin-Doanne) [sorry, nakalimutan ko yung loveteam name nito], at pati na rin ang KenNiel (Kenzie-Daniel). Titigan kaming lahat si KenNiel. "Daniel!" sigaw ni Tita (yung mom ni Daniel). HAHAHAHAHA! BISTADO! "Mommy, I can explain pero mamaya na lang after graduation," reasoning nito.

"Dre!" sabi ni Nixon, "See you sa Ateneo!" Yes, tatlo na kami. Oh well, my girlfriend and my bestfriend with me along the way, I can't say no to these guys. "Guys, tara na, magsisimula na ang ceremony," sabi ni Juri. Pumila na kami.

After 1 hour of awarding certificates and special awards, AYAN NA. Sino ang salutatorian at sino ang valedictorian? Si Kylie kasi ang Third Honorable Mention, si Eliza ang Second Honorable Mention, at si Kelvin ang First Honorable Mention. Umimik na ang prof namin sa mic, "Our batch salutatorian for this school year 2015-2016 is... Mr. Cody Zephyr De Roxas!" Palakpakan ang lahat. Expected 'cause someone deserves it better. Pagtingin ko sa iba upon climbing onstage, nagbulungan na. Pinag-uusapan kung sino ang valedictorian since ako ang valedictorian nung mga previous grading and quarters. "And our batch valedictorian for this school year 2015-2016 is..." umimik na si prof.

"Mr. Daniel Kryze Villavicencio!" OHMYGOODNESS! I'm so proud of my brother. Nag-standing ovation ang lahat. I cried tears of joy watching my brother getting the highest of honors. Niyakap niya muna ako bago siya umakyat ng stage sabay binulong, "Akala ko tuloy ikaw ang valedictorian." Bumulong ako pabalik, "Mas deserve mo naman, bilis, hinihintay ka ng boyfriend mong bumaba dyan!" Bumitaw na ang kapatid ko at tinanggal ang medal.

After the next 30 minutes of ending the graduation rites, heto na naman ang mga selfies, groufies, and the different -fies. Pero eventually, we all got out of the campus and successfully graduated from Jansport High School. Biglang kumulog at dumilim ang langit... humangin nang malakas.

"I came back for you Daniel," imik ng isang babae. Ang tono naman ng boses niya yun ay mala-stalker lang ang trip. Lumakad na siya sa harap namin. Sigaw naming lahat sabay lakihan ng mata, "KATHRYN!" and out came battalions of female droids and cyborgs. "I mean seriously, hindi ka maka-move on?" sabi ni Daniel. "Here we go again," I said sarcastically. Everyone's hands began charging with the powers we possess.

ATTACK! Sigaw ko sabay sugod sa team ni Kathryn. Jeez, she actually lied to Daniel in the first place.

So here ends the Mysteries of Jansport High School series and I would like to thank you all for reading this series. Grabe, didn't expect to get thousands of reads on the series. Hindi ko nga inexpect na sisikat eh at hindi ko inexpect na matatapos ko pa rin toh after a lot of weeks. Thanks for the votes, comments, and adds to reading lists. I highly appreciate everything you all have done in return to reading this book. I-e-edit ko lang yung "Realm of Raef", "The Syntax", at ito bako ako lumayo sa writing career ko. Babalikan ko na lang ito next summer. Focus muna ako sa mashup artist career ko 'cause I love music. Basta, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. *tears of joy*

When I come back to Wattpad, I'm planning to make a new series in continuation to this one, focusing on Cody's son and NO, I won't let Cody die on that series this time pero baka next summer na lang. I'm currently writing a way different series right now but not inspired to publish it here. HAHAHAHA.

Last words to say: Please don't judge me kung bakit nagkaganun si Daniel sa epilogue. Love knows no gender, remember that. This is how reality works, actually. Pinakalast words to say? SEE YOU SOON. I'LL BE MISSING MY WRITING CAREER FOR A WHILE. AND I SWEAR I WILL BE BACK. =)
