xviii~on the verge of death

I OPENED MY EYES as a sharp pain spread through my leg.

I yelled as the pain was just too much for me to handle, tears were falling down my eyes as I felt cold drips coming from my head.

I put my hand in my head as I touched the thick liquid, I brought my head down to see what it was and it was blood.

I whimpered as I was unable to move from the pain spreading through my body, I slowly moved the head to the side as spotted Gale, unconscious. 

"Gale!" I whispered as I tried to crawl over to where he was but the pain was unbearable.

I made my to Gale, because if I was going to die at this moment I wanted to die in his arms.

I put head in his chest as I heard branches move, 

I didn't care if it was a bear or and bunny or even a coyote. 

I just wanted the pain to be over. 

My eye started to close slowly as I heard running towards us and felt something wrap around me and picking me up.
