Starlight Jones has been coming to Cousins, Massachusetts since before she was born. Her parents loved the beach. That's where they met.
That's how they came up with her name. Her father had stumbled upon her mother one night star grazing. He had planned a picnic for his previous girlfriend that night, who had dumped him over text not bothering to even show up. When one door closes another opens. He couldn't let the food go to waist.
They fell in love got married and had two kids. Starlight and Atlas.
Clamming a beach house in the town they met. One summer when Starlight was five and her brother was still in her mothers stomach her family had went down to the beach. She liked to go down by the water with her bucket and collect shells. She used them to make things for her family later.
