Today was nothing of the sort of anything eventful, as everything was the way it is.

Manjiro constantly visits their apartment, clinging to both siblings as much as he pleases and staying home to prevent the sultry heat of the summer. Haruko decided that he'd see Emma to collaborate once more on their cooking. He was in high spirits that Emma was quite fond of cooking, so he and she often cooked various dishes. He placed the homemade dorayaki in his bag before he left. "Nee-chan, I'll be back later!" He shouted from the entrance. (Y/n) peeked from her bedroom, which was only near the entrance. She looked at him with grogginess, rubbing her eyes due to irritation. "Where are you going?" She yawned. "To Emma's, there's this new recipe I found that I wanted to try." He beamed, his eyes sparkling from excitement.

She gave her permission to leave, smiling to the younger one. Haruko also pointed towards the door to the kitchen, where there was a wrapped set of her breakfast on the fridge, saying that she'll only have to reheat it in the microwave. She only nodded yet was also quite irritated that he gave specific instructions that made her look like a toddler who doesn't know how to reheat her food. Nevertheless, it was his way of caring about the girl since he always cooked for her when she awoke from her slumber past her usual time, which was 4-5 am.

Haruko bid her goodbye and left their home, walking towards the nearest train station. There was no train at the moment, which meant that he had come a bit early, so he was relieved. He sat down on the chair, hoping that he wouldn't encounter someone he knew. He was already exhausted from Mikey's enthusiasm and also the rowdiness of his companions since they often dragged him along with their 'expeditions'. It means that dragging them along with their delinquent ways that he himself declared that he should avoid being involved with them. The exception among them is only Mitsuya, who had exceptionally good looks and a kind heart that he had assumed that he might be a popular student despite being a delinquent.

The train came. There was no crowd in the train station, so he was relieved that he could just go in smoothly and peacefully. The shutters attempting to close, his head only leaned in the glass pane window of the train as if he was attempting to sleep. The albino boy drifted a sigh between his lips, perhaps fron the unsettling thoughts that dragging him into the darkness. He despises when he became alone, no one to meddle or no company distracting him from such putrid thoughts.

Whispers traded from behind that he coincidentally heard from before about the newly adopted pair of siblings in the Sano family. It had many ridiculous saying about it. Some says that they have bribed the family into being part of them so that they could be famous, since it was a well known fact that Shinichiro was a man who had reign the world of delinquency in his youth. Others told that they would manipulate the family into their own bidding since they have been deemed mysterious to many as they haven't seen their faces, considering that they come over often to avoid unwanted attention. Lastly, one rumor said that the siblings father slept with another woman and that women left her children to the father's family. It was strangely similar to the lie they had spread.

He somehow thought that people had absurd thoughts, their mouths fluttering as they please, spreading rumors while enjoying meddling personal human lives. Such people had no conscience to the person who could be affected by those fallacies they spread around their neighborhood. Another sigh escaped his lips, the feeling of exasperation when those thoughts encircled in his little mind.
