varian's pov
the door busted open to reveal Eugene, Cassandra, the king, and my dad standing on the other side, "Eugene!" rapunzel yelled, she started to run towards Eugene and them but smoke appeared and gothel showed up with her dagger in her hand's, "no one is going anywhere." gothel said, "surrender gothel, you're surrounded." Eugene informed, "am I?" she asked she then teleported towards me and I once again have gothel's dagger to my throat, "varian!" my dad yelled reaching his hand out towards me, "not another step." gothel threatened pressing her dagger against my throat, "I'm okay dad." I told him, "let him go!" my dad snapped, "we are almost done with the tests." gothel said, "gothel, he's not strong enough yet, it won't work!" my dad informed, "he's getting stronger!" gothel snapped, then I felt gothel's grip loosen and I felt her fall to the ground, I turned around and rapunzel was standing there with a frying pan in her hands, "oh yeah! wait to go blondie!" Eugene exclaimed, I ran towards my dad and hugged him tight, "varian, are you okay?" my dad asked bringing me out of the hug, "I'm fine dad." I said.
